Assessing the efficiency of dimethylpyrazole-based nitrification inhibitors under elevated CO2 conditions

چکیده
Nitrification inhibitors (NIs) are useful tools to reduce nitrogen (N) losses derived from fertilization in agriculture. However, it remains unclear whether a future climate scenario with elevated CO2 could affect NIs efficiency. Thus, the objective of this work was study increase atmospheric concentration would efficiency two dimethylpyrazole-based NIs: 3,4-dimethylpyrazol phosphate (DMPP) and succinic acid (DMPSA) plant-soil microcosm. To do so, Hordeum vulgare var. Henley plants were grown soil fertilized ammonium sulphate (AS) or without under controlled environmental conditions at ambient (aCO2) (eCO2; 700 ppm). In soil, mineral N2O emission evolution monitored together nitrifying denitrifying population that quantified by qPCR. plant, biomass, total amino content isotopic discrimination N C measured. Both showed greater maintain NH4+ eCO2 compared aCO2, as consequence 80% reduction AOB abundance eCO2. Indeed, both able lessen 53% emissions aCO2. Regarding DMPP DMPSA negatively affected plant biomass aCO2 but effect restored due better tolerance associated an content. Overall, highly efficient eCO2, reducing keeping stable for longer while maintaining production.

data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...
the effect of taftan pozzolan on the compressive strength of concrete in the environmental conditions of oman sea (chabahar port)
cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...
